The DC combiner cabinet connects battery clusters in parallel and outputs current to the Power Conversion System (PCS). It operates in tandem with system monitoring devices to check output voltage, current, and insulation status. Leveraging an integrated switching power supply, it supplies power to critical system components, uploads status reports to the BMS, and executes commands for controlling the main DC combiner switch.
The Energy Management System (EMS) serves as the central control unit. It coordinates all components to optimize overall performance, safety, and economic efficiency. Real-time data from subsystems—including battery packs, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), thermal management, and fire protection—is compiled here for intelligent decision-making, energy dispatch, and operational control.
